GREEN HOUSE GROUP is one of the most prominent trading and construction companies in the Northern Region, Afghanistan. GREEN HOUSE GROUP has been producing and supplying construction materials export/importing leased markets / FMCG, engineering and construction services, as well as logistical services.
Over the years, the company has grown from strength to strength, having successfully completed over 50 projects, ranging from single residential units to large industrial and commercial complexes. It has now achieved an annual turnover in excess of USD 100 million.
Recognizing that there was a need to diversify, and with new industrial townships being proclaimed in Northern Afghanistan, the company ventured into commercial and industrial developments in 2007. Large-scale Markets have been built and sold to businesses, individual customers and institutions. The company has also undertaken projects for specific clients, which were tailored to their exacting requirements. Those retained as investment properties have been leased or are currently available for lease.
Each project is managed by our team of highly experienced personnel, incorporating the services of various professionals in the architectural, engineering, quantity surveying and other related fields, with whom we have established an excellent working relationship. Many of our sub contractors have now worked with us for a good number of years and have proved their reliability and dedication to quality workmanship.
The company provides a whole variety of products in construction space. As Green House Group also producing entire range construction materials from Tiles to crush and concrete. Therefore we expertise in demolition, earthworks, construction and the recycling of waste building material. With GHG producing aggregates, cement products, bricks, concrete, crush and PVC and our other arms of business into logistic, Import & Export, Oil, leased Markets/ FMCG. Virtually all the frustrations in obtaining supplies have been eliminated.
We continually keep abreast with new developments in all fields of the construction industry, a factor that has resulted in considerable savings to our clients in both material costs and time .
HISTORY
Green House Construction's heritage can be traced back to the 2005's when Mr. Abdul Haq Khurami started a small humble construction company with the name of Etifaq Samim Ltd.
In 2007, Etifaq Samim Ltd was merged with Balkh Ltd of Mr. Muhammad Dawood Gafoori to form a new group called Green House Group.
Currently extensive partnering and framework arrangements are being operated across the region with housing associations, local authorities and universities. As the company moves forward we are increasing our drive towards sustainable construction and low carbon emissions working with academia to link research and operational knowledge to create better buildings in which to live and work.
