Extension of the city of Mazar-e-Sharif is at the core planning of the local government with the aims to modernize the city. To facilitate the process Green House Group started construction of a residential town under the name of Mutahid Residential Town at the south part of the city.

Mutahid residential town is one of the greatest residential towns in Mazar-e-Sharif equipped with all modern facilities. The town is situated on the main Mazar-Kabul highway and is on the short distance from the main city.

The town is spread over the total land of 200 hectares out of which 120 hectares are allocated to residential sector and remaining 80 hectares will be used for other facilities such as commercial sector, roads, hospitals and schools etc. Each sector is further divided in two different phases.

Our residential town has best in the city Gardens, Cricket grounds and family walk ways. Entire city is run through solar electricity. It provides best homes for a city dweller family, a complete residential atmosphere in the midst of city.
